Every member of AIESEC-LC-HKU joins the organization as an Officer of one of our 8 departments. The Officer of a department is responsible for carrying out departmental duties to achieve the organisational goals.

Within a department, Officers are divided into teams and are under the supervision of a Manager. The Manager is responsible for leading the team to achieve the goals set by the department head together with the Officers and Managers. The department head is the Vice President. He/she is responsible for the strategic planning for the functional area of the Local Committee and would represent the department in the Executive Board.
